Yes, you can buy multiple tickets within one purchase. You can do it on our website, but buying multiple tickets with one Travel Pass is possible through the mobile app too

Can I buy Add-ons when purchasing a ticket with a Travel Pass as well?
Yes. You will pay a standard price for the Add-ons, just like if you had purchased them with a normal ticket without a Travel Pass. The only difference is that the price of the ticket purchased with a Travel Pass with be 0€ in this case.

My Travel Pass shows that I have 0 trips available. Why do I see it then?
An unused ticket is probably tied to your Travel Pass. Travel Pass is valid up to the moment you have used all the tickets that you have bought with it, or until the date of validity.

My child is attending school in Wolfsthal. I buy tickets from them with a Travel Pass bought with my registered profile. Is it OK?
Unfortunately, by doing this you are violating our Conditions of Transport. To make this right, create a user profile for your child on Slovak Lines website or in the mobile app, buy a Travel Pass under this registration and then the tickets

How can I cancel a ticket bought with a Travel Pass?
Cancelling tickets bought with a Travel Pass follows our Conditions of Transport. You can cancel the ticket as late as 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the bus. Your unused trip will be added back to your Travel Pass.

Can I buy multiple Travel Passes or am I allowed to only use one at a time?
You can purchase as many Travel Passes with your user accout as you like. What's important is that you are the only person using it for travelling.

Why do I need to state when purchasing a Travel Pass that I will be the only person using it?
Only a person who purchased the Travel Pass under their registered user profile can use it to get tickets and use them to travel. If you want to buy Travel Pass for another person, you have to make the purchase through the user profile of said person. For example, if you want to  buy tickets for your child, it is needed that you create a user profile of the child and then buy a Travel Pass with it.

The Travel Pass is a voucher for discounted transport ticket purchase. It is available for purchase online through our website or via our mobile app. It is only available to registered users and may not be transferred to another person.

Who may purchase the Travel Pass?
The Travel Pass is only available to registered users and is non-transferable. Each Travel Pass holder is required to have a registered personal account. In case of any misuse of the Travel Pass for providing rides to persons other than the Travel Pass holder, the carrier is entitled to cancel such Travel Pass without any reimbursement.

Each Travel Pass holder is required to have a registered personal account. The Travel Pass is non-transferable. A single registered account may not be used to travel and purchase Travel Passes by multiple users.

The Travel Pass is available for purchase online through our website. The Travel Pass cannot be purchased directly through the mobile app; the purchase will be redirected to the website. The Travel Pass cannot be purchased at bus station ticket counters, nor from the bus driver.

How to use the Travel Pass?
With a Travel Pass, a passenger purchases their transport tickets in advance online (recommended) After logging in to their user account, the passenger selects the option to buy the ticket with a valid Travel Pass. Such tickets are provided at the cost of €0. Transport tickets can be purchased online (via our website or our mobile app) up until 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the bus service. Alongside with Travel Pass, transport tickets can be purchased solely for the particular bus route the Travel Pass is intended for. With a Travel Pass, a passenger purchases their transport tickets from the bus driver The Travel Pass may also be used when purchasing a transport ticket directly from the bus driver using the QR code of the passenger’s Travel Pass. However, in such case, such passenger is not guaranteed a seat on the bus and without a pre-purchased transport ticket, they are not given priority over other passengers.

How can I use the Travel Pass if I do not own a mobile phone?
The easiest way to use the Travel Pass is with a mobile phone. Alternatively, the Travel Pass can be printed. However, in such case, the passenger cannot purchase a transport ticket for a selected bus service in advance, nor check the number of their remaining rides.

May I cancel a transport ticket purchased with Travel Pass?
According to the applicable terms and conditions of cancellation, transport tickets purchased via Travel Pass at the cost of €0 may be cancelled up until 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the bus service through the user’s account. In such case, the cancelled ride will be added back to the holder’s Travel Pass. If, having purchased a travel ticket via Travel Pass, the passenger does not board the bus, the ride counts as performed and such transport ticket may not be returned to the Travel Pass holder, nor added back to their account. The passenger is solely responsible for the cancellation of the transport ticket and later proof of not having boarded the bus is not taken into the account.
