The bus does not wait for late passengers, it departs in accordance with the current bus schedule.

I missed the bus. Will you refund me the price of the ticket?
Transport tickets can be cancelled up until 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the bus service. After this time, tickets cannot be cancelled and money for the ticket is not refunded.

What are the services and amenities provided on board the bus?
Our new buses with comfortable and spacious seating are equipped with Wi-Fi connection. Refreshments are available (water can be found in the fridge next to the stairs in the front of the bus) as well as fine magazines (Forbes, Sóda, and the Bratislava Region magazine). Your device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop) will display our new entertainment programme right after you sign into our Wi-Fi network. It offers our clients a broad range of movies, music, as well as books and games.

The Internet network provided on Slovak Lines buses is public and may not include sufficient safety measures concerning data transmission. We do not guarantee the amount of data transmitted nor the data transmission speed.

My bus was delayed, am I entitled to a fare refund or other compensation?
If the carriage does not take place by fault of the carrier, passengers are entitled to a refund of the fare paid. If the carriage is delayed by more than 120 minutes by fault of the carrier, passengers are entitled to a reasonable discount on the price of the fare paid. The carrier has the right to determine the discount amount after an individual examination of each case. The request for a fare refund (claim) must be sent by e-mail to staznosti@slovaklines.sk. If the claim is deemed valid, the amount will be refunded to the passenger as a voucher or credited to their account whose number should preferably be indicated at the time of filing the request (claim).
