If the carriage does not take place by fault of the carrier, passengers are entitled to a refund of the fare paid. If the carriage is delayed by more than 120 minutes by fault of the carrier, passengers are entitled to a reasonable discount on the price of the fare paid. The carrier has the right to determine the discount amount after an individual examination of each case. The request for a fare refund (claim) must be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
. If the claim is deemed valid, the amount will be refunded to the passenger as a voucher or credited to their account whose number should preferably be indicated at the time of filing the request (claim).
