The cancellation policy is as follows: If the time prior to the departure of the bus service from the initial bus stop exceeds 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% is deducted from the price of the ticket. If the remaining time until the departure of the bus service from the initial bus stop is less than 48 hours and more than 2 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% is deducted from the price of the ticket. Open ticket fare refund is only possible if the expiration date has not passed. When the transport ticket is returned or cancelled less than 2 hours before the bus service departure, the passenger is not entitled to a fare refund. If one trip of a return ticket for a specific date or an open ticket is cancelled, an adequate portion of the fare for the unused bus service (i.e. the difference between the price of a return ticket and a one-way ticket) is refunded to the passenger.
