I lost my card. What should I do?
The travel card must be blocked. This can be done in person at the ticket counters 5 and 6 at the Bratislava Bus Station on Bottova Street 7 or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com stating the travel card holder’s name, date of birth, address and account number (IBAN format). The remaining credit balance from the travel card will be paid or transferred to the passenger’s bank account after 10 working days from the blocking of the travel card. There is a €1 handling charge. If, at the time of blocking, the travel card contained a valid prepaid transport ticket, a duplicate can only be issued in person at the carrier from which it was bought. There is a €1 handling charge for the duplicate issuance.
